Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

What is the minimum order?
The designer personalised candy is only made in 10kg batches as it’s a handmade product.

How much is 10kg?
Very approximately 3,500 pieces of candy. For weddings this is suitable for between 60 and 200 guests (depending on how you have the candy packaged). To get an idea, go to the Packaging page to see what the various amounts look like.

How far in advance should I order?
We require at least 1 month notice for orders but you can place your order anytime (the sooner the better). We won’t make the candy until you need it. If your order is urgent you can call us to see if there’s a chance we can do it earlier for you.

How long does the candy last for?
Stored correctly the candy will last for about 10 months. We recommend getting the candy delivered / picked up 2 weeks - 2 months prior to your event date so it’s at it’s freshest. All products should be kept airtight and stored in a cool dry area away from excessive heat.

How many letters can fit inside the candy?
You can have a maximum of 14 letters plus a heart, star or other approved symbol.

Do the colours match the flavours?
No! The colours and flavours are separate, so you can have any flavour with any colours!

What flavours can I choose from?
Raspberry, mango, lemon, strawberry & cream, strawberry, lime, apple, passionfruit, orange, lemonade, peppermint, watermelon, aniseed, blueberry, rose, peaches & cream, peach, grape.

If I order jars with my candy, do they come already filled with candy?
Yes! If you order jars with your candy order, our experienced team will pack the candy into the jars for you so they come already filled and ready to go.

Do I have to have the whole 10kg of Designer Customised Candy packaged in jars or bags?
No. If you choose to have your order packaged you can specify how many jars or bags you require. Any remaining candy from your 10kg Designer Customised Candy order will come in bulk bags.

What if there's candy leftover from my 10kg Designer Wedding Candy?
Most brides and grooms will use the leftovers to put in small bowls on the tables so their guests can eat the candy from the bowls on the night and then take their bombonieres home with them.

How does payment work?
We require a $50 deposit to confirm your order (or you can pay in full). Full payment is required before orders are sent or on collection. Payments can be made by bank deposit/EFT, Paypal, cheque or money order. Cash accepted for pick up orders only. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, invoice and payment instructions within 2 working days.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the candy - it was great. Everyone at the wedding loved them and quite a bit never made it out of the building.
We thought we'd send you a photo with the candy at the reception venue all ready to go.
Thanks again,

Sarah & Alan
